you with EdiPhy Advisors’ Physician Advisor Services. You can view

anonymous. If your organization signs up for EdiPhy Advisors’

Physician Advisor Services, we will require your organization to provide

information; however, if this is the case, we will not be able to

provide your organization with EdiPhy Advisors’ services.

You are responsible for all actions taken with your EdiPhy Advisors

provided to EdiPhy Advisors, and may be subject to legally binding

Upon your request, we will deactivate your account. To make a deactivation request, email techsupport@medmanagementllc.com. Your account will only be deactivated after we have been able to authenticate your identity to our full satisfaction.

active or as needed to provide your organization with EdiPhy Advisors

Physician Advisor Services. If you wish to cancel your account or

request that we no longer use your personal information to provide you

information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations and

resolve disputes. Therefore, you should not expect that we will remove

all of your personal information in response to your requests.

 to certain EdiPhy Advisors personnel or certain of our service
