Dr. W. Guy Patterson is an internist with Mayfair Internal Medicine, LLC in Birmingham, Alabama. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and received his Medical degree from the University of South Alabama. He completed his residency at the University of Alabama in Birmingham where he served as Chief Resident & Instructor in Medicine.

Dr. Patterson is Board Certified in internal medicine and is on the Medical Staff of St. Vincent's Birmingham. He is one of the founding owners of MedManagement, LLC and serves on the Board of Managers.
